Firms Broaden Long-Standing Ceramic Armor Supply Agreement

TEMPE, Ariz., September 11, 2006 – ArmorWorks, a leading provider of advanced armor products, and Morgan AM&T (“Morgan”), a preeminent supplier of technical ceramics, today announced the successful operation of Morgan’s new production line dedicated to the supply of ceramic plates for ArmorWorks’ side armor systems. This accelerates fulfillment of ArmorWorks’ $543 million ID/IQ contract with the U.S. Army previously announced on July 7, 2006.

In addition to ESBI side armor plates, ArmorWorks continues to fulfill U.S. Military contracts for advanced armor including Enhanced Small Arms Protective Inserts, vehicle armor, and aircraft armor using Morgan AM&T ceramic products.
