Since 1996 ArmorWorks has designed various armor products varying from individual personnel systems, vehicle armor systems, to complete aircraft flooring systems. These products are designed and manufactured to incorporate ease of installation and maintenance while providing the absolute highest level of protection.

Capabilities

ArmorWorks produces multiple configurations of the Small Arms Protective Inserts (SAPI) body armor and other systems including; Airsave, Vehicle Body Armor Support System (VBASS), and NIJ level IV systems. We have tested over 200 different configurations of the SAPI body armor systems consisting of over 1000 plates.

ArmorWorks has the capability to turn concepts into reality through our aggressive research, design, testing, and manufacturing process. These include finite element analysis (FEA), 3D modeling, material testing and selection, compression molding, Autoclaving, and ballistic testing.
