Memorandum of Understanding

TEMPE, Ariz. – July 6, 2005 –
ArmorWorks of Tempe, Ariz. and Martin Baker America are
collaborating on a range of activities, with particular
emphasis on seat armor technology. The two companies signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Paris Air Show last
week.

commitment of ArmorWorks and Martin Baker America to remain at
the forefront of providing unparalleled ballistic protection
and seat safety. Each organization has unique competencies
which address these goals,” said ArmorWorks president and
founder, Bill Perciballi.
